Intervals, Alien

Did 15 minutes warm up 2 x 15 at upper zone 4, 15 minutes warm down. It didn’t suck as bad as it should have. Which means that on Wednesday, I need to go 3x.

Watched the second half of Alien on the trainer. Suspense doesn’t really work very well when you are exerting yourself. Times stretched out enough, I found myself wondering at one point ‘Jesus Christ, is this thing gonna kill Yaphet Kotto any time soon?’
