Back on rollers in the basement for winter boredom. Last night at least. Today, I am finally coming down with the sick that the boy and mrs. h had for the past, I don’t know, 6 weeks.
So Anyway, revisiting ‘The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner’ with Tom Courtenay. Watched the first 40 minutes. Very good trainer movie. Watching Tom Courtenay burn himself up running, chewing on his circumstances, his crimes and his misfortunes…fantastic.
