Let’s say you have to get to a bike race at 6am. This bike race is about a mile off the Valley Forge bike path. You leave your house at 4:45. You get to the bike path 40-50 minutes before dawn.
Have a good bike lamp. Unless you want to ride in total darkness for 3/4 of the trip. Because the Valley Forge Bike path has no street lamps.
