20:42 for 8.35 miles. Another personal record. 29 seconds faster then my best previous time 21:11(last July) and 33 seconds faster then my first go(21:16) round in April of this year.

#1)Got almost no sleep the night before. I get fidgety. Same thing happened before the MS 150 last fall, and the 12 monkeys race.

The race plan was :pace: 21MPH. Build into it by Girard Avenue, keep it to the turn around point and back to Girard and then burn it to the finish.
